What is Promoflex?

We are a 2nd generation family business and have been in business since 1962. We produce promotional products for our clients all over Canada and in the USA. Although our products are typically custom for every order, we have decided to create the PROMOFLEXSHOP for standard products available for all online.

How are your products printed?

We are leaders in flexographic printing.

What currency is the pricing?

Pricing is in USD$

How do you ship the product?

All orders are ship through UPS. Depending on your location, you may have the choice of regular or express shipping at time of purchase.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number from UPS and you can easily track your order yourself by clicking on the following link :

What is the warranty policy?

We do not allow refunds or accept returns unless the item you purchased arrived damaged. If you received a damaged item, please contact us through our contact page and be sure to include:

  1. A photo clearly showing the damage on the item
  2. Proof of purchase
  3. Your name, shipping address and phone number

Once the damage is acknowledged by one of our team members, we will send you a new item free of charge.

The product doesn’t look the same on your website as they do in person. Why is that?


Computer monitors vary in how they display colours. Additionally, lighting during our photo shoots may mildly affect how the colour displays. We do our best to display colours accurately.
